Returns & Refunds
At The Bristle House, we take great care in packaging and inspecting all products before shipment.
Returns
We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

The original product packaging, box, and all included accessories must be retained and returned.

Proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged or defective item may be required.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
